Albert holds degrees in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and Law (MCIBSE, MRICS, MAIPM, DJUR), equipping him with a rare mix of skills across legal, technical, financial, and contractual domains. His expertise spans contract drafting, contract correspondence, variations, and delay and disruption claims. He has acted in disputes before QCAT, the QBCC licensing board, and the Magistrates, District, and Supreme Courts. Albert is also a respected figure in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and international arbitration, and regularly serves as an adjudicator.
